This PR is not meant to be merged. It sets the right infrastructure to allow adding new overlays from
MAGIC/as we move forward with the project.The reason why I do not want this to get merged is the incredibly lengthy build time, which jumps from 3.8s to 18.6.s. This is due to the lengthy splitting time from Splat.
